WHAT'S COOKIN' ANG?!
Hey guys! My name is Angie Rouse and I LOVE to cook. My love for cooking started as a child taught by my mom. As a teenager and in my early twenties, I had an unhealthy relationship with food. Determined to be kinder to my body, I went to work on my mindset, improving ME, and began to love myself. I've been able to use my skills in the kitchen to really experiment with cooking satisfying and healthy meals that my family loves. I really enjoy cooking complicated meals. However, at Spartan Lifestyle we understand that not everyone loves to cook like I do. We often hear:
“I don’t know how to cook.”
“I can’t cook.”
“Eating healthy is boring.”
“I don’t have time to cook (healthy meals).”
“I can’t afford to eat healthy.”
Nourishing your body doesn’t have to be time-consuming, boring, or expensive. Healthy meals can be made every night of the week. Let’s take what you are being taught, in Spartan Lifestyle, by Nick and build on that knowledge.
I am here to show you new, fresh, simple meals that can be made in larger quantities allowing for leftovers during the week. If you don’t like an ingredient, change it out. Don’t be afraid to experiment in the kitchen. After all, that is where all of the best recipes come from!
