The 12 Week Men's Program kicks off with a crucial phone call, where we will discuss your struggles and behaviors, that are your roadblock to a meaningful transformation.

During the 12 weeks, we will explore your current mindset and teach you to be transformed by the renewal of your mind. We will encompass goals, schedules, obstacles, and even forgiveness, creating a foundation for positive change. You'll receive comprehensive nutrition education, including an introduction to macros and easy-to-follow guidelines to empower your food choices. A personalized workout plan tailored to your specific needs will propel your physical progress, while the program's innovative 4-week micro cycles ensure continuous progress and knowledge.

Youth Athletes
You're putting in the work, but are maybe missing that extra push, that strategic tweak to unlock your full potential. Spartan Lifestyle Coaching is about meeting you where you are on your journey and helping you get to that next level. We focus on the big picture, and raising good adults who are athletes right now. We want each of our athletes to apply the drive they have for their sport or fitness to their everyday lives. How we approach school, homework, and our jobs carries over into the sports that we play and how we take care of ourselves and those around us.

In addition to two high-intensity, in-person gym sessions, and a workout per week, we will teach problem-solving, provide mentorship, and hold you accountable. We focus on exercises that will help you get to your next level as an athlete physically and mentally. This isn't just about reps and sets, it's about building Spartans, inside and out.
